§ 6 Consumer Dispute Resolution / Universal Arbitration Board
We are not willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As service providers, we are liable for own contents of these websites according to § 7 (1) TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obligated to monitor third-party information provided or stored on our website. However, obligations to remove or block the use of information under generally applicable laws remain unaffected by this as per §§ 8 to 10 TMG.
